I am a neuroscientist studying how sensory deprivation impairs central auditory processing and how these deficits may be ameliorated through training or drug delivery. The ability to answer these questions required the development of a new experimental paradigm along with data acquisition anad visualization software. I am particularly interested in the development of new technology, both to ask new questions as well as translate our existing basic science knowledge into clinical applications.
